Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms apply when you use listclimbers.com, request a free score, or buy a report from List Climbers (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

What we provide

We review publicly available information about your business, such as your Google Business Profile and website, and give you a score and recommendations. The free score is a quick automated check. The paid report is a fuller list of recommendations for your business.

No guarantees

We don't control Google or any search engine, and we can't promise any ranking, number of calls, or result. Our scores and recommendations are our opinion based on the information available when we checked. You decide which changes to make, and you're responsible for the changes you make to your listings and website.

Your information

Please give accurate information and only request checks for businesses you own, work for, or are authorized to represent. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Payments

Prices are shown on the site in US dollars. Paid reports are one-time purchases unless clearly stated otherwise. Payments are handled by our payment processor. If there's a problem with your report, email us and we'll work with you to make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That means no automated scraping, no overloading our systems, no attempts to get around our limits, and nothing illegal.

Not affiliated with Google

List Climbers is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC.

Limitation of liability

The site and reports are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report involved.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
