You're #7 on the list. Here's how to climb to #1.
When the furnace quits or a pipe bursts, homeowners grab their phone and call one of the first names on Google Maps. We check your Google listing and your website, then tell you exactly what to fix to move up. Plain English, no jargon.

Business name, city and trade. That's all we need to find you on Google.

We look at your Google Business Profile and your website the same way a homeowner (and Google) sees them.
You get a fix list
A score, where you rank, and what to fix first. Do it yourself or hand it to whoever runs your office.
What we check
These are the things that decide who shows up first when someone searches “furnace repair near me” or “emergency plumber.”
Categories
Is Google filing you under the right trade, like “HVAC contractor” or “Plumber”?
Hours
Are your hours listed, and do they show nights, weekends or emergency service if you offer it?
Photos
Real photos of your trucks, crew and jobs. Listings with none look abandoned.
Reviews
How many you have, your star rating, and how recent the newest one is.
Review replies
Whether you answer your reviews, good and bad. Customers read those replies.
Description
Does your business description name your services and the towns you cover?
Name, address, phone
Does your website show the same business name, address and phone number as Google?
Website basics
Works on a phone, loads fast, uses a secure (https) link, and has page titles that say what you do and where.
Why HVAC and plumbing, and why now
The first cold snap brings no-heat calls and frozen pipes. Those customers don't shop around for a week. They call whoever looks solid near the top of the map. Fixing your listing before the rush means you're the one they call.

Questions
Do I have to give you my Google login?
No. The free score and the full report use what's publicly visible on Google and your website. You (or your office) make the changes. The report shows you where to click.
Is this a subscription?
No. The full report is $97, one time. Ongoing monitoring is coming later and will always be optional.
Can you guarantee I'll be #1?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's rankings. What we can do is show you exactly what's holding your listing back, so you can fix it.
I'm a roofer or landscaper. Can I use it?
Right now we're focused on HVAC and plumbing because that's where the winter calls are. Other trades are coming.
What happens to my email?
We use it to send your results and the occasional tip, and you can unsubscribe anytime. We don't sell it. Details are in our privacy policy.
