Privacy Policy

List Climbers (“we,” “us”) offers Google Maps and local search checkups for home-service businesses. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a free score, we collect your business name, city, state, trade, email address and, if you give it, your website. We also collect the score and results we generate, the date and time, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address that we use only to prevent abuse. If you buy a report, our payment processor collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
Public business information
To build your score, we look up publicly available information about your business, such as your Google Business Profile listing and your website. We use Google Maps Platform for this, so lookups are also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
How we use it
- To create and deliver your score and any report you buy
- To email you your results, your purchase, and occasional tips about getting more calls from Google. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link
- To prevent abuse and keep the service running
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run List Climbers (hosting, payments, email delivery and map data), and only so they can do that work, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and order records as long as we need them to serve you and meet tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, or email us to see, correct or delete your information. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's law, and we'll honor them.
Children
List Climbers is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Big changes will be posted on this page.
